SOUNDNESS: Each horse sold through the auction is required to be guaranteed sound by the consignor.
Any additional guarantees will be made from the auction block and sale ring while the horses are being sold.
If the horse is not considered sound, the buyer will have until noon on Monday following the auction sale to have Jake Clark inspect the horse and make the final determination as to the horses soundness.
